Oceanside is a small coastal village located in Oregon’s Three Capes Scenic Loop, which consists of Cape Lookout, Cape Meares, and Cape Kiwanda. It is the oldest wildlife refuge in the United States.

The Tillamook Rodeo is an annual event hosted by the county and is held on the fourth weekend of June. The Rodeo features a Dairy Parade, Western Barbeque, Dance, Buckaroo Breakfast, and a lot more.

Netarts (pronounced Nee-tarts) is a very small town on Oregon coast Highway 101 in Tillamook County, just south of the slightly larger beach town of Oceanside. Located on the edge of 2500 acres of coastal rain forest.

Pacific City on the Oregon Coast, has several beaches offering a paradise for photographers, beach-combers, surfers, hang-gliders, fishermen, and children. Some of its features include Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda.

Whalen Island Park is an eight-acre overnight campground/RV park located on the Three Capes Scenic Loop. It is just four miles north of Cape Kiwanda, adjacent to the Sand Lake Estuary and Oregon State Park. Whalen Island is one of Oregon’s newest state parks. It has more than a mile of sand beach as well as woodlands, grasslands, saltwater and fresh wetlands, and a tidal marsh.
